It is already successfully in operation: Alnatura moved in on 1 July 2024, while Zooplus commenced its tenancy on 12 December 2024. The operating authorization has been issued by the competent Urban Planning department and the Construction directorate.
Architecture
The project was designed by the renowned architectural firm Allmann Wappner (AW), which emerged as the winner from the workshop process in 2018/2019. AW’s designs impressed with their flexible layout, outstanding energy efficiency and architecture that blends harmoniously into the urban surroundings.
